Coach Philosophy Statement
“Building better basics to build better players.”
Team Mission
To develop better players by focusing on age appropriate development both technically and
tactically.
To develop better players by creating a desire to practice and play at the highest possible level.
To develop better players by instilling a very high work rate, both at practice and in games.
Team Goals
To have at least 10 out of 12 players at practice EVERY time.
To raise our level of fitness to be able to handle the demands of travel level soccer.
To play quality soccer in every game we play, regardless of the final score.
Season Objectives
To have consistently high quality training at each practice.
To get better with each practice and game.
To be better prepared to play at U-13s and Middle School.
